Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. For most locations within Kerala, delivery takes between 2 to 6 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier routes.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the weight and distance of your order, and are shown at checkout before you complete payment. For large or bulk orders, we can provide a custom shipping quote - contact us before ordering.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you need to update your address, please contact us at least 24 hours before your order is dispatched; once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply for redelivery. Angel Wings is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
