We take care to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, as aquatic plants are natural, there may be slight variations in size, color, and appearance from the photos shown on the website. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed or shipped. We accept secure online payment methods and will confirm your order once payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders. Plants and accessories are carefully packed to maintain product quality during transit. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and courier service availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Angel Wings is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or the unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to their perishable nature, returns are not accepted for aquatic plants once delivered in good condition. For aquarium accessories or dry goods, we accept returns within 10 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds or store credit will be processed after inspection of the returned items.

6. Cancellations

Angel Wings shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased goods only.
